Frequently asked questions
Are these products for human use?
No. Everything on this site is sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not drugs, supplements, or for any human or veterinary application.
Can I see the certificate of analysis before ordering?
Yes, where one exists. Published certificates are on our COA page and on each covered product page; products without one show "COA coming soon". Email admin@orderqualitypeptides.com with any question about a certificate.
How fast do orders ship?
Domestic orders placed before 2 PM EST ship the same business day. Shipping is included in the price.
How should compounds be stored?
Lyophilized vials should be kept at −20 °C, away from light. Once reconstituted, follow your protocol's storage guidance.
What does purity on the label mean?
Purity is the main-peak area percentage from reverse-phase HPLC. On our published certificates, identity is confirmed separately by LC-MS/MS.
How do I place an order?
Add products to your cart, check out with a US shipping address, and submit the order online. You will receive an email confirmation. By ordering you confirm you are at least 21 and purchasing for research purposes.
How do I pay?
Card payments are being connected. For now, orders are placed online and payment instructions are emailed to you after you submit your order. Your order is accepted once payment is confirmed.
Is shipping included?
Yes. Shipping is included in the price, and domestic orders placed before 2 PM EST ship the same business day.
Which addresses can you ship to?
Checkout accepts US addresses.
Where can I see your published certificates of analysis?
Every published certificate is listed on our COA page, and each covered product shows its certificate number, purity by RP-HPLC and issue date on its product page. Certificates are issued by Bioviridian Inc., an independent testing laboratory. Products without a published certificate say so on the page.
What is on a certificate of analysis?
Our certificates report the compound's identity by LC-MS/MS, purity by RP-HPLC, and measured content by HPLC quantitation, along with the sample name, certificate number and issue date.
What does lyophilized mean?
Lyophilized material has been freeze-dried: water is removed under vacuum at low temperature, leaving a dry powder or cake. Lyophilized peptides are more stable in storage than solutions and are reconstituted with a diluent before laboratory use.
What is reconstitution water used for?
Reconstitution water is sterile water with 0.9% benzyl alcohol, used for the laboratory reconstitution of lyophilized research materials. The preservative limits bacterial growth after the vial is punctured. Orders over $150 (item subtotal, before discounts) include reconstitution water at no charge.
Can you advise on how to use a product?
No. Our products are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research, and we do not provide guidance on any use outside the laboratory. Product pages describe what each compound is and what published research has studied.
Can an order be refused or cancelled?
Yes. We may refuse or cancel any order, including where research use cannot reasonably be established. Refused orders are refunded in full.
